1. About these Terms

These Terms govern access to gleamformjewelry.com and purchases from Gleam & Form Jewelry. The store is operated by Nils Felix Maximilian Mayer, Tjädervägen 8, 983 36 Malmberget, Sweden, VAT number SE960313171601.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. You represent that the information supplied at checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Products and made-to-order production

Products are made on demand after an order is placed. Product images are intended to present the design and finish as accurately as reasonably possible. Colors, scale, texture, engraving placement, and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, material characteristics, and normal production tolerances.

Materials, dimensions, finishes, and care information stated on the applicable product page form part of the product description. Please review them before ordering.

4. Personalization

You are responsible for checking all names, dates, messages, symbols, spelling, capitalization, and design choices submitted with an order. We may reject personalization that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, misleading, or technically unsuitable.

By submitting text, graphics, or other content, you confirm that you have the rights needed for us and our service providers to reproduce it solely to fulfill your order.

5. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. A sales contract is formed when we accept the order and begin fulfillment or send a shipping confirmation.

We may cancel or limit an order because of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or product errors, unavailable materials, delivery restrictions, unlawful content, or other reasonable operational concerns. If we cancel an accepted paid order, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled item.

6. Prices, currency, taxes, and payment

Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in United States dollars. Applicable taxes and charges are calculated or displayed at checkout when required. Your bank or card provider may impose currency-conversion or international-transaction fees that we do not control.

Payment must be authorized before production begins. We may correct obvious pricing, description, or technical errors before accepting an order.

7. Shipping

Shipping destinations, estimates, address responsibilities, tracking, and delay provisions are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

8. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Because products are made on demand, change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not normally accepted. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost orders are handled under our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

The website, brand name, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, copy, arrangement, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Gleam & Form Jewelry and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping only. You may not reproduce, scrape, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit store content without written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, collect information about other users, make fraudulent purchases, violate another person’s rights, or use the website for unlawful activity.

11. Third-party services and links

We use service providers for ecommerce hosting, payments, fraud prevention, production, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, communications, and related operations. Their services may be governed by separate terms. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Jewelry care, sizing, styling, and similar content is general information and is not professional, medical, or safety advice.

We do not exclude warranties or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gleam & Form Jewelry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a greater liability is required by law.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Gleam & Form Jewelry against third-party claims caused by content you submit, your unlawful use of the website, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the law of the consumer’s residence. Before beginning formal proceedings, contact support@gleamformjewelry.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter.

Disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section requires a consumer to waive a legally protected forum or remedy.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. The version published when an order is placed generally applies to that order unless a change is required by law.
