Where we ship

Gleam & Form Jewelry currently accepts orders for eligible delivery addresses within the United States. Available destinations are shown at checkout. Orders cannot be completed for countries or regions that are not offered at checkout.

Free standard shipping

Free standard shipping is available for eligible United States orders. Expedited or upgraded delivery, when available, may cost extra and will be displayed at checkout.

Production time

Most products are prepared for production within approximately 48 hours after payment is confirmed. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion time. Personalized designs, order verification, high-volume periods, weekends, holidays, material availability, or production checks may require additional time.

Estimated delivery

After production, standard delivery within the United States generally takes approximately 2–8 business days. Production time and shipping time are separate. Estimated dates shown on product pages, at checkout, or in order emails are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent after the order has shipped. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to display movement after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Review the shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact support@gleamformjewelry.com immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes are not guaranteed after production or shipment has started.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address provided at checkout.

Delays

Delivery may be delayed by carrier disruptions, severe weather, peak seasons, security checks, labor interruptions, natural events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will provide available information and reasonable assistance, but carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Lost or damaged shipments

Report damage within 30 days after delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. For a package that appears lost, follow the reporting period stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
